The Executive Chairman of Etsako East local government Hon. (Princess) Benedicta Attoh has described Ramadan as a period to demonstrate true love to one another by going down to lift up the weak among us rather than trampling on them.
She admonished Muslims to continue to uphold Islam’s role in advancing justice, progress, tolerance, and the dignity of humanity through peaceful co-existence. While acknowledging Ramadan as a Unique period for Muslims to renew their faith in God and deepen their Worship, Princess Attoh tasked them to pray for the Governor and Government of Edo State as well as the peace and safety of the nation.
