Edo North Senatorial District’s esteemed representative in the Red Chambers of the National Assembly Comrade Senator Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, extends his heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Edo State and all Nigerians on the auspicious occasion of the Birth of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

In an official statement made available to the Press by his chief media aide Victor Oshioke, the former governor of Edo State and erstwhile national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, emphasized the importance of adherence to peacful conduct as Muslims observe the Eid-el-Maulud celebrations.

He further implored them to fervently beseech the Almighty for the enduring prosperity, harmony, and unity of Nigeria.

On a final note, Oshiomhole called on the people of Edo North to use this opportunity to offer prayers for the souls of all those who lost their lives in the unfortunate accident that claimed many innocent victims a few days ago in Okpella Community, Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State. He expressed his condolences to the families who lost loved ones and prayed for quick healing to those who sustained various degrees of injuries in the sad occurrence.
